Irresistible Me Hair Extensions |

For those of you who really know me well, you would know that I love playing up my hair. I have been a consistent fan of hair extensions ever since I had to have my hair chopped off to a pixie cut (Can you imagine? It’s not for me…) because I damaged it too much back in 2008. I have been quite dependent on them even if I have longer hair now because it gives me the chance to achieve the volume I want for my hair especially for special occasions as I fear that unfortunately, my hair seems too thin and limp. I’ve tried it all… straight, curly, wavy and in a variety of colors (Yes, I match them to the actual color of my hair) which is why I was absolutely thrilled when I finally received an amazing set of clip-in extensions from Irresistible Me and I was so excited to try them on.

First of all, I would like to say that whoever thought of the packaging was brilliant. I received it in a black box (not shown) and in a tightly sealed plastic container which protects it from elements and from getting damage while it is in en route. It also has a partition separating one set of clip-ins from the rest to give me the chance to see if it perfectly matches my hair color. If not, I could easily return it without compromising the rest of the set. I personally think that whoever thought of that puts into consideration customer satisfaction since if it doesn’t match, I can easily replace it with the color shade that does. I was really happy about that since it was hassle-free for me since before, I would have to color my hair to match the extensions and not have the extensions fit true to my hair color.

Additionally, a special treatment unique to Irresistible Me is added for extra silkiness and durability. Ultimately, the Royal Remy hair will last longer and is the closest match you can find to completely unprocessed hair. The Royal Remy hair extensions are perfect for daily use and when properly taken cared of, will look beautiful for a long time.

Since I save my hair extension use for special events, I decided to order the Silky Touch Product line of Remy Hair Extensions in Light Brown and decided I wanted the length to be 20 inches long so it would still look natural and fuss-free. On first touch, I loved how absolutely soft and silky texture. To be quite frank, the extensions actually felt healthier and better fairing in texture than my real hair. The best thing about the extensions is that they were really easy to wear (you just literally clip it on to your hair), they were also very light (it didn’t give me the usual headache I would get when wearing synthetic extensions) and they were also REALLY easy to style: straight or curly… take your pick. For this set of photos, I decided to wear my hair straight since I wanted to show you the difference it made without too much styling or product since my hair is naturally super straight.

The best thing about my experience of getting to try on the Irresistible Me product line (and wearing it from now on!) is that it was also my first time to get to try a 10-piece set. I usually go for the one piece clip on and I have to say, I have NO plans of returning to them because I can really see the difference of wearing a 10-piece set vs. a 1-piece set. Of course, the major thing that won me over was how natural a 10-piece set looked as it was compartmentalized and I could section my hair accordingly. The best part? I had control over how much volume and weight I wanted on my hair since I had complete reign on deciding how many clip-ins I wanted to add. For this set, I didn’t use them all so I had extra sets I could keep and I actually still managed to achieve fuller and thicker hair.

The 10-piece set includes: one 7.5″ wide piece, two 6″ wide pieces, five 4″ wide pieces, and two 1.2″ wide pieces plus three extra clip-in just in case you want to change the clip attachment on your piece for a sturdier hold. I loved how easy it was to put, how natural it felt (it even thinned towards the end of the strand to really imitate actual hair) and how easy it was to comb through, maintain and style. Compared to the extensions I am used to, my hair didn’t frizz, feel too heavy or feel unnatural. It remained silky soft and shiny even after wearing it and applying some product. In general, I was just so happy that after a long time of searching, I finally found the perfect set of hair extensions for me!!!
